What to expect in a Hands-On Cooking Class
  • Each person is equipped with an apron, chopping board and professional chefs knife to use during the class… Everyone looks the part!
  • Chef Lindi introduces the menu and demonstrates appropriate techniques required for the preparation of the dishes… This is where the banter begins.
  • Participants then work at their station and prepare the recipes whilst the C’est Ça Team come around to assist and guide you… The fun starts immediately.
  • Preparation guidance and handy secret chefs tips are shared at each station and amongst everyone.
  • After an array of dishes have been cooked/barbequed producing delicious aromas in the air, everyone sits down and relaxes and enjoys the feast prepared. Help yourself to   the drinks you have brought along, while more socialising ensues.
  • This fun-filled, interactive experience is topped up with C’est Ca’s hospitality, comaradarie and friendship.
  • Each person receives a full set of the evenings recipes via email.
  • A fun-filled memorable experience for all to enjoy, with the added value of gaining knowledge and learning something new.

Lindi and Renée will serve you a delicious themed 3-course meal, while you relax in a home environment and enjoy the ocean view. Bring along your own wine, possibly sourced from the world-renown Hemel-en-Aarde Valley vineyards on our doorstep and savour this time with your clients / staff in the seaside village of Onrus.  This exclusive use of the  communal dining table on an enclosed veranda is conducive to  a truly informal, gourmet and novel culinary experience!  Relax in this welcoming ambience, as the cuisine effortlessly embraces many different dining genres.
